VitaSynergy AI NO es un médico ni proveedor de atención médica. Todo el contenido generado (planes de nutrición, rutinas de ejercicio, consejos) tiene fines puramente informativos y educativos. NO sustituye el consejo, diagnóstico o tratamiento médico profesional. Usted asume plena responsabilidad por su salud y debe consultar a un médico antes de iniciar cualquier programa nuevo.
2. Aceptación de los Términos
Al acceder o utilizar la aplicación VitaSynergy AI ("la Plataforma"), usted acepta estar legalmente vinculado por estos Términos y Condiciones. Si no está de acuerdo, no utilice el servicio.
3. Descripción del Servicio e IA
La Plataforma utiliza tecnología de Inteligencia Artificial (Google Gemini) para generar recomendaciones personalizadas de nutrición y ejercicio. Es su responsabilidad verificar cualquier dato crítico antes de actuar sobre ellos.
4. Elegibilidad y Cuentas
Debe tener al menos 18 años para utilizar este servicio. Usted es el único responsable de todas las actividades que ocurran bajo su cuenta y de mantener la seguridad de sus credenciales.
5. Conducta del Usuario
Usted acepta no utilizar la Plataforma para fines ilegales, no intentar realizar ingeniería inversa del software, y no abusar del sistema de escaneo con IA.
6. Propiedad Intelectual
Todo el contenido de la aplicación, incluyendo diseño, código, textos e imágenes, es propiedad de VitaSynergy AI o sus licenciantes. No puede copiar, modificar o distribuir dicho contenido sin autorización.
7. Limitación de Responsabilidad
VitaSynergy AI no será responsable de daños directos, indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes derivados del uso o la imposibilidad de uso del servicio, incluyendo pero no limitado a lesiones físicas, pérdida de datos o daños económicos.
8. Indemnización
Usted acepta indemnizar y mantener indemne a VitaSynergy AI, sus directores, empleados y afiliados frente a cualquier reclamo, demanda o daño derivado de su violación de estos términos.
9. Modificaciones
Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar estos términos en cualquier momento. Los cambios serán efectivos al publicarse en la aplicación. El uso continuado constituye aceptación de los nuevos términos.

11. Política de Uso Justo (Límites Técnicos)
Para garantizar la estabilidad del servicio, cada cuenta tiene permitido un máximo de 200 escaneos de alimentos asistidos por IA al mes. Una vez alcanzado este límite, la función se deshabilitará hasta el primer día del siguiente mes.

It does NOT substitute professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You assume full responsibility for your health and must consult a physician before starting any new program.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the VitaSynergy AI application ("the Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree, do not use the service.
3. Service Description & AI
The Platform uses Artificial Intelligence technology (Google Gemini) to generate personalized nutrition and exercise recommendations. It is your responsibility to verify any critical data before acting on it.
4. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You are solely responsible for all activities under your account and for maintaining the security of your credentials.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Platform for illegal purposes, not to attempt to reverse engineer the software, and not to abuse the AI scanning system.
6. Intellectual Property
All content within the application, including design, code, text, and images, is the property of VitaSynergy AI or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute such content without authorization.
7. Limitation of Liability
VitaSynergy AI shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to physical injuries, data loss, or economic damages.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VitaSynergy AI, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, demands, or damages arising from your violation of these terms.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting in the application. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Fair Use Policy (Technical Limits)
To ensure service stability, each account is allowed a maximum of 200 AI-assisted food scans per month. Once this limit is reached, the feature will be disabled until the first day of the next month.
